Friday, Nov. 12, 2021:

  • 4:08 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), vehicle slide-off, no damage/no injury, Dewey Road near Meyers Road, Hamlin Township.
  • 4:37 p.m., (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage/no injury, northbound US 31 near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.
  • 9:35 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 near Hansen Road, Custer Township.
  • 9:37 a.m., (MCSO), deputies are investigating a larceny of tools complaint that occurred in the 1900 block of South Scottville Road, Riverton Township.
  • 4:40 p.m., (MCSO), single car crash, no injury, US 31 near Marrison Road, Summit Township.
  • 6:15 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Twp.
  • 6:45 p.m., (MCSO), single-car crash, no injury, US 31 near Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township.
  • 6:45 p.m., (MCSO), single-car crash, no injury, US 31 near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.
  • 6:46 p.m., (MCSO), single-car crash, minor injury, patient self treated, US 31 near Hansen Road, Custer Township.

Saturday, Nov. 13, 2021:

  • 12:30 a.m., (MCSO), vehicle slide-off, no damage/no injury, US 31 near Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
  • 2:02 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), civil complaint, case closed, 100 South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
  • 4:35 p.m., (MCSO), deputies were dispatched to a single-car rollover crash with no injuries where the driver had left the scene, Hansen Road near Campbell Road, Branch Township. After a subsequent investigation, a report was sent to the Mason County Prosecutor’s Office requesting charges against a 38-year-old Branch Township man.
  • 4:38 p.m., (LPD), civil complaint, case closed, 100 E. Foster Street, City of Ludington.
  • 5:28 p.m., (LPD), a 42-year-old Ludington man was arrested on misdemeanor bench warrant, 100 block of East Foster Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail. 
  • 6:54 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive near Olmstead Road, Summit Township.
  • 6:13 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.

Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021:

  • 2:55 a.m., (LPD), trouble with subject, gone upon arrival, 100 block of Fifth Street, City of Ludington.
  • 3:05 a.m., (LPD), trouble with subject, gone upon arrival, 1200 block of South James Street, City of Ludington.
  • 5:05 a.m., (LPD), disorderly persons, case closed, 900 block of North Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.
  • 11:34 a.m., (LPD), larceny of wine, 700 block of East Loomis Street, City of Ludington.
  • 12:02 p.m., (MCSO), single-car crash, no injury, Walhalla Road near Saunders Road, Branch Township.
  • 9:05 a.m., (MCSO), single-car crash, no injury, US 31 near Conrad Road, Amber Township.
  • 3:15 p.m., (MCSO), a 55-year-old Custer man was arrested for second-offense operating while intoxicated and a concealed pistol license violation following an intoxicated driver complaint called into dispatch, Hansen Road near Tuttle Road, Custer Township. After a subsequent investigation, he was lodged at the Mason County Jail.
