LUDINGTON — The following criminal proceedings took place in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felony Arraignment

Howe

-James Warren Howe, 46, of 2544 E. Johnson Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Nov. 6 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy), failure to maintain security (no vehicle insurance) and unlawful license plates. Probable cause hearing: Nov. 17 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.

Sentencings

-Sarah Ann Bonneau, 36, of 600 Sherman Oaks, Apt. 618, Ludington, pleaded guilty Nov. 8 to operating a vehicle without a license on their person and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and $225 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS).
