LHS homecoming week begins.

LUDINGTON — Ludington High School is holding its homecoming week today with the theme “The Wonderful Worlds of Disney.” Events started Sunday with hallway decorating.

The schedule includes:

Monday, Oct. 4: Monster University dress, wear a monster outfit or wear something from a university or college. Lunch game, Frozen Flock Shirt, be the first ones to break the ice. Dance registration begins and closes at 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 8.

Tuesday, Oct. 5: Ohana Day, dress in island wear. Lunch game, Tangled. Each class team will be given something tangled and they will have to get it straightened out to win.

Wednesday, Oct. 6: Inside Out Day. Wear a favorite emotion on a sleeve, or anywhere else. Lunch game, Pin the Tail on the Tale. There will be four different Disney characters, each missing a part. Classmates will be blindfolded as they try to reattach either a nose, tail, carrot, or an eye. Powder puff football games will begin at 6 p.m. at Oriole Field: 6 p.m., freshmen vs. juniors; 6:45 p.m., sophomores vs. seniors; 7:30 p.mm. championship game.

Thursday, Oct. 7: Star Wars vs. Marvel University dress. Lunch game, Krispie Creationeer Competition, each team will get five minutes and a pile of the sticky treats to create a Disney sculpture.

Friday, Oct. 8: Oriole Spirit/Flock Shirts, orange and black dress. Homecoming pep assembly at Oriole Field at 1 p.m. Homecoming parade at 6 p.m. Homecoming varsity football game at 7 p.m. at Oriole Field with king and queen coronation during half time.

Saturday, Oct. 9: Homecoming dance in the evening at LHS.
