Churches to hold Serve Ludington Day Oct. 3.

LUDINGTON — Four area churches will come together on Sunday, Oct. 3 and hold Serve Ludington Day. The event takes place beginning at 9 a.m. at Oriole Field. The churches will hold a short worship service and then attendees will divide into groups and go out and serve the community. Churches participating include Prayer & Praise Assembly of God, Trinity Evangelical Free Church, Cornerstone Baptist Church, and Radiant Church.

Pastor Henrik Lidman of Prayer & Praise said arrangements have been made to help various groups and individuals to help them out throughout Mason County.

“This is just a unique way for us to come together on a Sunday and serve the Lord and serve our neighbors,” Lidman said.
