Ludington, Hart rest areas to close for ADA upgrades.

The Michigan Department of Transportation will temporarily close the Ludington and Hart rest areas on US 31 this month in order to do some Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades.

The Ludington rest area on northbound US 31 in Mason County will be closed Sept. 9–28. The Hart rest area on southbound US 31 in Oceana County will be closed Sept. 10–28.
