REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

EV Construction Co. (Construction Manager) on behalf of Oakview Medical Care Facility (“Owner”) will receive qualifications and proposals for:

until 12:00 pm EST on July 30th, 2021, at Oakview Medical Care Facility 1001 Diana Street Ludington, MI.  electronic versions of the RFP documents can be found here:

In order to be considered, construction firms must be able to meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. Be Licensed to perform the required design work in the State of Michigan.
2. Be insured meeting minimum requirements as outlined in CM Front End Documents
3. Have capacity to undertake bid division scope of work based on preliminary project schedule (September of 2021 – May of 2022)
4. RESTRICTION ON COMMUNICATION

All project RFP process and communication must be channeled through EV Construction. Project communication sent directly to Oakview Medical (“Owner”) without notification to EV Construction (“CM”) is likely to be dismissed and not accepted.

Proposals must be submitted using the format and forms provided by EV Construction, for the “Construction Services of the New Additions & Renovations at Oakview Medical Care Facility” per RFP and Construction Manager’s Front End Project Documents.

The “Owner” (Oakview Medical) and “Construction Manager” (EV Construction Co.), reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities therein and accept the proposal, which will best serve Owner’s interest.
