RIVERTON TOWNSHIP — A 42-year-old Ludington man was arrested during a traffic stop when a Mason County sheriff’s deputy found a loaded 9mm handgun in the front seat of his vehicle Monday, June 7, around 1 p.m. at Scottville and Conrad roads, according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The suspect was arrested on a charge of carrying a concealed weapon and an outstanding Friend of the Court warrant.
