Rhythm & Dunes series to feature beach, 80s music. 

LUDINGTON  West Shore Bank will again hold its popular Rhythm & Dunes concerts this summer. The annual summer concert series was postponed in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. With Michigan’s capacity limit for outdoor events lifted, bank officials have decided to move forward with hosting the two planned summer concerts on Saturday, July 24 and Saturday, July 31 at Waterfront Park. Food vendors will be available starting at 5 p.m. and music begins at 6 p.m.

The series will feature Landsharks Band on July 24 and Mega 80s Band on July 31. 

Landsharks Band, will feature popular songs from Jimmy Buffett, the Beach Boys, and many more.  The band has performed at Disney, numerous Super Bowls and has been hired by Jimmy Buffett to be the house band at his Margaritaville establishments.

Mega 80s Band is a popular group from the Detroit area.

The free concert series is entirely planned, organized and underwritten by West Shore Bank and its employees. Rhythm & Dunes concerts raise funds for music programs at local area schools. The concerts in 2019 raised more than $14,000.  Donations are also accepted online at RhythmAndDunes.com.
