The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, April 30, 2021:

  • 8:08 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 20-year-old Oceana County man was arrested for third-offense driving while license suspended (DWLS), Ludington Avenue and Stearns Outer Drive, City of Ludington.
  • 9:43 p.m., (LPD), a 47-year-old Manistee woman was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Ludington Avenue and Staffon​ Street, City of Ludington.

Saturday, May 1, 2021:

  • 8:09 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 29-year-old Scottville man was cited for DWLS following a traffic stop, US 10 near Nelson Road, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 9:38 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 near Meisenheimer Road, Summit Township.

Sunday, May 2, 2021:

  • 2:08 p.m., (LPD), a 31-year-old Ludington man was cited for DWLS, Sixth and Taylor streets, City of Ludington.
  • 2:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 near Freeman Road, Free Soil Township.
