RIVERTON TOWNSHIP — Six security cameras were reportedly stolen in the 5000 block of South Schwass Road, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole. The theft was reported Friday, April 23, shortly before 10:30 a.m.

The following is other police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, April 23, 2021:

• 12:11 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 59-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a one-vehicle crash with no injuries, Johnson Road west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.
• 9:30 a.m., (MCSO), a 32-year-old Branch man was arrested on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for open intoxicants from the Hart Post of Michigan State Police, 7900 block of East Anthony Road, Logan Township.
• 7:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/turkey crash, no injury, US 31 Freeway south of Conrad Road overpass, Amber Township.
• 11:45 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Washington Road east of Morton Road, Riverton Township.

Saturday, April 24, 2021:

• 1:52 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Custer and Treml roads, Free Soil Township.
• 2:17 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 and Darr Road, Custer Township.
• 3:36 a.m., (MCSO),  a 21-year-old Ludington man was cited for open intoxicants following a traffic stop, Jebavy Drive and Jagger Road, Hamlin Township.
• 1:04 p.m., (MCSO), gas drive-off, $24 in fuel stolen, Ludington EZ Mart, 5900 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.
• 4:01 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 25-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for two outstanding warrants, Atkinson Drive, City of Ludington. One warrant was for a retail fraud charge in Manistee County, and the other warrant was issued in Muskegon County for illegal entry. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

Sunday, April 25, 2021:

• 9:02 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Quarterline Road north of Modjeski Road, Grant Township.
• 2:44 p.m., (MCSO), a 37-year-old Pontiac, Illinois man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS) following a traffic stop for speeding, US 10 and Gordon Road, Amber Township.
• 2:58 p.m., (MCSO), a 26 year-old Ludington man was cited for operating without a license following a traffic stop for speeding, US 10 and Gordon Road, Amber Township.
• 5:28 p.m., (MCSO), a 37-year-old Ludington man was cited for DWLS and open intoxicants following a traffic stop, Anderson Road south of Fountain Road, Victory Township.
• 9:36 p.m., (MCSO), a 51-year-old Ludington man was arrested for methamphetamine possession following a traffic stop, Benson Road and Glenn Lane, Sheridan Township.
