Recent arraignments include felony drunk driving.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Wenzel

-Justin Lawrence Wenzel, 31, of 195 S. Second St., Rogers City, was arrested April 6 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and a misdemeanor charge of transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Probable cause hearing: April 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Howe

-James Warren Howe, 46, of 465 N. Tuttle Rd., Custer Township, was arrested April 5 by MCSO on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police and one count of interfering with an electronic communications device. Probable cause hearing: April 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Sawyer

-Anthony Lee Sawyer, 33, of 720 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested April 3 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: April 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Straub

-Tracy John Straub, 34, of 179 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested April 4 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (analogues). Probable cause hearing: April 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Buell

-Beth Lynn Buell, 33, of 1281 Pontaluna Rd., Lot 92, Norton Shores, was arrested April 6 by MCSO on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: April 21 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jon Eric Lusk, 40, of 407 S. Harrison St., Apt. 3, Ludington; April 1; Ludington Police Department (LPD); domestic violence. Pretrial: April 19 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Jason Matthew Fox, 45, no address listed; April 1; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 12 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance. 

-Jessica Lee Yarrington, 40, of 401 W. Third St., Apt. 425, Scottville; April 6; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 19 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Tammy Renee Vigansky, 61, of 6589 E. Borowski Rd., Sheridan Township; March 31; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and transporting an open intoxicant in a motor vehicle. Pretrial: May 3 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Karen Marie Raymond, 45, of 1703 N. Schoenherr Rd., Custer Township; March 27; MCSO; operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $300 cash.

– Scott David Alexander, 59, of 2233 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township; April 4; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Scott David Alexander, 59, of 2233 N. Sherman Rd., Hamlin Township; April 5; MCSO; aggravated domestic assault. Pretrial: April 19 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Dustin Michael Jewett, 29, of 601 N. Rowe St., Apt. 2, Ludington; Jan. 26; MCSO; second offense driving while license suspended. Pretrial: April 14 at 11:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Cierra Maire Miller, 23, of 826 Damon St., Flint; April 2; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: April 12 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
