The following is police activity in Mason County Tuesday, March 16, 2021:

  • 7:12 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), one-vehicle rollover crash, no injury, Stiles Road north of Anthony Road, Riverton Township.
  • 10:37 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued in 79th District Court, ​300 block of North Delia Street, City of Ludington. ​​The original charge is first-degree home invasion stemming from a Dec. 2020 incident in the 600 block of East Danaher Street, said Cpt. Steve Wietrzykowski. The suspect was known to the victim at the time of the offense. He used to live with the victim and her boyfriend, but moved out in October of 2020. The man was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
  • 3:45 p.m., (LPD), ​​​a 25-year-old Hart woman was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Ludington Avenue and Lavinia Street, City of Ludington.
  • 9:02 p.m., (MCSO), a 63-year-old Scottville man was cited for operating without a license following a traffic stop, US 10 and Walhalla Road, Branch Township.
