LUDINGTON — A 19-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Ludington police for malicious destruction of property after throwing a rock through a window at the soon-to-be Mason County Historical Society Research Library, Saturday, March 6, around 7 a.m. in the 100 block of East Ludington Avenue, said Cpt. Steve Wietrzykowski. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

- 7:58 a.m., (LPD), a 29-year-old Ludington man was arrested for second-offense driving while suspended (DWLS), Washington Avenue and Stray Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 10:52 a.m., (LPD), a 28-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant issued by Mason County’s 79th District Court for possessing synthetic narcotics, 500 block of East Danaher Street, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
- 1:35 p.m., (MCSO), damaged mailboxes, 400 block of West Third Street, City of Scottville. The complainant reported several mailboxes damaged at an apartment complex.
- 4:39 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, minor injury, US 10 and Brye Road, Amber Township. A 17-year-old Branch man received minor injuries following a two-vehicle crash. He was treated at the scene by Life EMS.
- 7:19 p.m., (MCSO), a 38-year-old Hart woman was arrested on charges of DWLS and furnishing false information to a police officer, along with an outstanding traffic warrant out of Lake County, Hansen and LaSalle roads, Amber Township. A passenger — a 41-year-old Walkerville man — was also arrested on an outstanding failure to appear traffic warrant out of Lake County.
Sunday, March 7, 2021:
- 4:33 p.m., (LPD), a 39-year-old Ludington woman was cited for DWLS, Lincoln Road and Sixth Street, City of Ludington.
- 10:22 p.m., (LPD), an 18-year-old Ludington man was cited for second-offense minor in possession, Madison and Filer streets, City of Ludington.
