Recent arraignments include home invasion.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Fuller

-Mitchell Sidney Fuller, 31, of 1068 N. Jebavy Dr., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Feb. 25 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of first degree home invasion and two counts of assault and battery. Probable cause hearing: March 10 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Buckhout

-Jess James Buckhout, 37, of 1167 Flemming Ave., Muskegon, was arrested Feb. 25 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and second offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: March 3 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Gannon

-Justin Scott Gannon, 26, of 1141 Daisy Ln., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Feb. 26 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of illegal sale of a financial transaction device/credit card. Probable cause hearing: March 3 at 4 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Harrison

-Cody Alan Harrison, 35, of 6504 Duneview Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested Feb. 26 by LPD on two felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: March 10 at 4 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Marjorie Ann Anderson, 69, of 619 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Feb. 20; MCSO; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: March 22 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $500 cash.
