Multiple people arraigned on felony drug charges.

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Rose

-Tina Ann Rose, 40, of 5405 Rasmussen Rd., Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Dec. 8 by the Scottville Police Department (SPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 4 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Franklin

-Clinton Duane Franklin, 44, of 418 N. Ferry St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 12 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Shepard

-Thomas Donal Shepard, 34, of 501 N. Lavinia St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 14 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Roeglin

-Kelly Christine Roeglin, 27, of 1950 S. Scottville Rd., Custer Township, was arrested Feb. 14 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 2 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Sanders

-Amber Jean Sanders, 28, of 710 E. Fourth St., Ludington, was arrested Feb. 11 by LPD on a felony charge of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Lund

-Brian Patrick Lund, 35, no address listed, was arrested Feb. 15 by LPD on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 24 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Pamame

-Leila Marie Pamame, 34, of 143 N. Jebavy Dr., Apt. 16, Pere Marquette Township, was arrested Feb. 16 by LPD on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: March 3 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

 

Misdemeanors

-Steven Troy Miller, 46, of 6775 S. Branch Rd., Branch Township; Feb. 11; MSP; possession of a firearm while under the influence and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .17 or more. Pretrial: March 15 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Alyssa Marie Harvey, 18, of 105 N. Staffon St., Ludington; Feb. 11; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-David John Reilly, 40, of 76 E. Cherry St., Roscommon; Feb. 12; MCSO; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: March 15 at 10 a.m. Bail: $1,000 cash.

-Elizabeth Gail Sannes, 51, of 453 Third St., Manistee; Feb. 15; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: March 22 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Cody Joe Rozner, 22, of 309 E. James St., Ludington; Feb. 13; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 19 at 9 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
