Woman arrested for unlawful entry, heroin possession.

RIVERTON TOWNSHIP — A 27-year-old Free Soil woman was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers Sunday, Feb. 14, at 7:30 p.m. in the 20 block of Wilson Road on charges of unlawful entry and heroin possession, according to Sgt. Dan Thomas.

She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

  • 8:26 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injuries, Fisher Road near Stiles Road, Victory Township.
  • 9:49 p.m., (MCSO), a 51-year-old Manistee woman was arrested at Walmart for retail fraud following an investigation, 4800 block of US 10, Pere Marquette Township. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
