LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Hendrickson

-Tyler Austin Hendrickson, 26, of 1039 S. 44^th St., Wyoming, was arrested Feb. 7 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 4:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10 percent.

Husted

-Brett Ray Husted, 23, of 456 E. Saginaw Rd., Sanford, was arrested Dec. 25, 2019 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 4:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

Wiggins

-Patricia Ruth Wiggins, 62, of 823 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township, was arrested Dec. 10 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and third offense habitual offender. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Phillips

-Lloyd Michael Phillips, 38, of 2587 W. Meisenheimer Rd., Riverton Township, was arrested Feb. 9 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 12:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Petersen

-Charles Alton Petersen, 47, no address listed, was arrested Dec. 29 by MCSO of felony charges of interfering with an electronic communication device and second offense domestic violence. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 4:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Sean Cameron Buser, 31, homeless; Feb. 4; MCSO; domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Eleasar Esparza, Jr., 29, of 5634 W. Johnson Rd, Pere Marquette Township; Feb. 3; MCSO; prohibited use of chemical agents. Pretrial: March 8 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Casey Allen Lindeman, 30, of 2210 Stronach Rd., Manistee; Feb. 9; MCSO; malicious use of telecommunications services. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

79^th District Court sentencings

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

-Orville Joseph Simmons, 48, of 5988 Sixth St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to trespassing and was sentenced to 8 days in jail with credit for 8 days served; 30 days discretionary jail for one year; and $125 in fines/costs.
