LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79^th District Court:

Felonies

Michels

-Kyle Avery Michels, 25, of 6954 E. US 10, Free Soil Township, was arrested Jan. 3 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 10 at 3:15 p.m. Bail: $10,000/10/percent.

Boger

-Joshua Michael Boger, 43, of 505 S. Main St., Scottville, was arrested Feb. 2 by MCSO on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Schmitz

-Jason Robert Schmitz, 27, of 710 E. Main St., Apt. 20, Hart, was arrested Jan. 30 by MCSO on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy). Probable cause hearing: Feb. 10 at 3 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Horsley

-Danyel Rebecca Horsley, 33, no address listed, was arrested May 20, 2020 by Ludington Police Department (LPD) on two felony counts of delivery/manufacturing a controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver/manufacture a controlled substance. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 10 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000 cash.

Buck

-Dylan Michael Buck, 17, of 3975 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township, was arrested June 16 by MCSO on a felony charge of third degree criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Feb. 17 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Andrew Blue Lawrence, 30, of 218 Everett St., Cadillac; Jan. 4; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); domestic violence. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Michael Anthony Garcia, 50, of 303 N. Rowe St., Ludington; Jan. 31; MCSO; domestic violence and assault and battery. Pretrial: Feb. 15 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Shannon George Courtland, 32, of 2190 N. LaSalle Rd., Victory Township; Feb. 3; MCSO; second offense operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and driving while license suspended (DWLS). Pretrial: March 1 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-Amanda Jean Couturier, 30, of 3850 W. Hansen Rd., Amber Township; Feb. 3; MCSO; second offense OWI and transporting an open intoxicant in a vehicle. Pretrial: March 8 t 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Juan Louis Andaverde, 43, of 14958 172^nd Rd., Grand Haven; Feb. 3; MCSO; OWI and operating a vehicle with a blood alcohol content over .17. Pretrial: March 8 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Donald Thomas Miller, 32, of 602 E. Danaher St., Apt. 1, Ludington; Feb. 2; LPD; second offense DWLS. Pretrial: Feb. 17 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-John Pater Husted, 48, of 309 N. Delia St., Ludington; Jan. 30; LPD; public intoxication. Pretrial: Feb. 22 at 11 a.m. Bail: $500 personal recognizance.
