The Scoop: Community auction goes virtual.

A presentation of West Shore Bank and Betten Baker Ford of Ludington.

SCOTTVILLE — The annual Spring CommUNITY Auction is a major fundraiser for the Mason County Central Education Foundation and the Ludington & Scottville Area Chamber of Commerce. The event draws hundreds of people and raises thousands of dollars. Like most other events, COVID-19 has caused the event to change course. This year’s auction will be a virtual event. Alan Neushwander speaks with Gary Andersen of the foundation and Brandy Miller of the chamber about this year’s event.
