Recent arraignments include felony drug charges.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Horsley

-Danyel Rebecca Horsley, 33, of 308 N. Rowe St., Apt. 4, Ludington, was arrested Sept. 18 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine) and possession of a controlled substance (analogues). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Walker

-Devehance Joqui Walker, 25, of 2136 W. Charles St., Baldwin, was arrested Jan. 13 by LPD on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine/ecstasy) and possession of a controlled substance (narcotics/cocaine). Probable cause hearing: Jan. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Sean Michael Herbert, 36, of 3884 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township; Dec. 16; LPD; second offense driving while license suspended and breaking and entering. Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Noah Ross Blanton, 25, of 4787 W. Chauvez Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Jan. 20; MCSO; prohibited use of a chemical agent. Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
