Assault charges top 79th District Court arraignments

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:
Felonies
Ridriguez
-Krista Michelle Rodriguez, 43, of 915 E. Maple St., Apt. 1, Ludington, was arrested Dec. 27 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 6 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.
Misdemeanors
-Jaxon Laine Tate, 22, of 2027 E. Tyler Rd., Hart; Dec. 27; Michigan State Police (MSP); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Feb. 1 at 1 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.
-Anastasiya Shamailova, 26, of 2932 Avenue V., Apt. 4E, Maspeth, NY; Dec. 28; LPD; assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
-Ethan Thomas Moody, 36, of 1857 Kennedy Blvd., Hamlin Township; Dec. 27; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 25 at 1 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
