Dangerous weapons charges top recent arraignments.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Falbe

-Andrew Joseph Falbe, 36, of 2124 Lakeshore Dr., Twin Lake, was arrested Sept. 6 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on a felony charge of dangerous weapons miscellaneous. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 16 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $5,000 personal recognizance.

-David Flores, 19, of 7955 W. Hayes Rd., Shelby, was arrested July 10 by Michigan State Police (MSP) on felony charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and aggravated assault. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 16 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

Misdemeanors

-Melissa Spencer, 49, of 7828 E. Snoshone Trl., Branch Township; Nov. 30; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 14 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Megan Nicole Nellett, 30, of 2329 Center St., Boyne Falls; July 9; MCSO; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: TBD. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Crandal Lee Smith, 57, of 5404 W. Rasmussen Rd., Pere Marquette Township; Oct. 18; MCSO; breaking and entering. Pretrial:  Dec. 7 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
