BRANCH TOWNSHIP — A 24-year-old Walkerville man was arrested by Michigan State Police troopers on charges of methamphetamine possession and driving while license suspended Thursday, Dec. 3, shortly after 2 p.m. on Benson Road near Marshall Road, according to Sgt. Dan Thomas of the Hart post.

– 7:45 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Tuttle Road, Sherman Township.

– 7:46 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.

– 9:44 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Free Soil Township.

– 5:37 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Stiles Road south of Decker Road, Amber Township.

– 7 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Tuttle Road, Custer Township.

– 9 p.m., (MSP), a 24-year-old Pentwater woman was arrested for operating while under the influence of drugs, Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.
