Recent arraignments include concealing firearm charges.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in 79th District Court. 

Felonies

Shurlow

– Zachary Alan Shurlow, 27, no address listed, was arrested Oct. 7 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of receiving and concealing a firearm. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 21 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $100,000 cash.

Burrell

-Reenya Bilal Clinton Burrell, 28, of 210 E. Danaher St., Ludington, was arrested Oct. 6 by LPD on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer and misdemeanor charge of receiving/concealing stolen property. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 21 at 1 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety. 

Misdemeanors

-Stephanie Lynn Wheeler, 27, of 920 N. Harrison St., Ludington; Oct. 6; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 10:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Curt Douglas York, 49, of 202 E. Danaher St., Ludington; Oct. 4; LPD; second offense driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Oct. 19 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
