AMBER TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a 2011 Ford F 150 silver pickup truck that was stolen from a repair lot in the 3000 block of West US 10 where it was parked awaiting an estimate for repairs, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The theft was reported Tuesday, Sept. 29, around 11:30 a.m.

– 7:35 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Angling Road north of Meyers Road, Victory Township.

– 8:10 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle hit-and-run crash, no injury, US 10 and Dennis Road, Amber Township.

– 8:22 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), ​a 49-year-old Traverse City woman was arrested for home invasion following an incident in the 900 block of East Tinkham Avenue, City of Ludington. She was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

– 7:28 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Hawley Road east of Brye Road, Riverton Township.

​- 11:05 p.m., (LPD), a 33-year-old man (hometown unavailable) was arrested for driving while license suspended, Ludington Avenue and Madison ​Street, City of Ludington. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.
