SHERIDAN TOWNSHIP — The Mason County Sheriff’s Office investigated a larceny from a building involving the theft of a Mossburg shotgun and three trail cameras in the 6400 block of Elm Street Sunday, Sept. 27, shortly after 10 a.m., according to Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

Friday, Sept. 25, 2020:
– 11 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, 200 block of East Johnson Road, Custer Township.
– 4:26 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of Oceana Drive, Summit Township.
– 4:36 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 23-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for aggravated assault following an incident in the 900 block of North Gaylord Avenue, City of Ludington.
Saturday, Sept. 26, 2020:
– 1:06 a.m., (MCSO), a 20-year-old Saginaw man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS) following a traffic stop, US 31 and Forest Trail, Free Soil Township.
– 5:47 a.m., (LPD), a 39-year-old Ludington man was arrested for disorderly conduct/public intoxication, 600 block of South Emily Street, City of Ludington.
– 10:17 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
– 11:30 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Michigan Street west of Stephens Road, Village of Free Soil.
– 4:24 p.m,. (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, Kinney Road near Masten Road, Logan Township.
– 4:31 p.m., (MCSO), trespassing, possession of Gabapentin and second-offense DWLS arrest, 11600 block of North Morton Road, Grant Township. A 39-year-old Manistee man was arrested following a 911 call reporting a man on the caller’s property. He was located walking in the area after it was determined he had driven there, said Sheriff Cole.
– 8:47 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive north of Bryant Road, Pere Marquette Township.
– 9:12 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Jagger Road and Rath Avenue, Hamlin Township.
– 10 p.m,. (LPD), a 32-year-old Ludington woman was arrested on two outstanding Mason County failure to appear warrants, 200 block of East Filer Street, City of Ludington.
– 10:46 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
– 11:06 p.m., (MCSO), a 20-year-old Custer woman was cited for operating without a license following a traffic stop, South Main Street and Sanders Road, Village of Custer.
– 11:46 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Grant Township.
Sunday, Sept. 27, 2020:
– 12:57 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
– 2 a.m., (MCSO), a 55-year-old Norton Shores woman as cited for DWLS following a traffic stop, US 10 and Dennis Road, Amber Township.
– 2:47 a.m., (MCSO), a 34-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a traffic stop, US 10 and Dennis Road, Amber Township.
– 5:29 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Amber Township.
– 10:45 a.m., (MSP), a 35-year-old Hart man was arrested on four outstanding warrants, Reek Road near Millerton Road, Sherman Township.
– 5:50 p.m., (MCSO), assault, 300 block of East State Street, City of Scottville. The complainant reported a that a person who he knows punched him several times. The suspect left before deputies arrived.
– 9:15 p.m., (MCSO), a 38-year-old Manistee man was arrested on an outstanding Mason County drug warrant, US 31 and Countyline Road, Grant Township.
– 9:34 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Fountain Road east of Stiles Road, Victory Township.
