PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A moped driver was injured after pulling out of the Wendy’s restaurant parking lot on US 10 and into the path of an oncoming car Sunday, Aug. 16, shortly before 10 a.m., according to Michigan State Police Trooper Todd Goodrich.

No other details were immediately available.

Friday, Aug. 14, 2020:

– 2:20 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), warrant arrest, Fountain Market parking lot, Village of Fountain. A 28-year-old Fountain man was arrested after he was found sleeping in a vehicle that had reportedly been associated with an assault earlier in the night. The suspect was wanted on an outstanding criminal bench warrant in Mason County for failure to comply with a probation order.

– 6:30 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 south of LaSalle Road, Grant Township.

– 7:40 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Custer Road south of Hawley Road, Eden Township.

– 2 p.m., (Michigan State Police), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Meisenheimer Road near Pere Marquette Highway, Summit Township.

– 2:47 p.m., (MCSO), fraud/larceny, Meijer parking lot, 3900 block of US 10, Amber Township. The complainant reported someone had accessed her credit card and withdrew over $300 from her account. The case remains open.

– 7:16 p.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.

Saturday, Aug. 15, 2020:

– 1:07 p.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Main and Sanders streets, Village of Custer.

– 4:30 p.m., (MSP), a 36-year-old Ludington man was arrested for driving while license suspended (DWLS), Chauvez Road near Hogenson Road, Riverton Township.

– 7:31 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, with injury, Stiles Road north of Sugar Grove Road, Victory Township. A 17-year-old Scottville man a 15-year-old Scottville girl both received non-life-threatening injuries following a one-vehicle crash.

Sunday, Aug. 16, 2020:

– 7:31 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway north of the Meisenheimer Road overpass, Summit Township.
