The following is police activity in Mason County over the Fourth of July weekend:

Friday, July 3, 2020:

– 8:34 a.m,. (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Meyers Road north of US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 10:04 a.m., (MCSO), damaged property — chain-link fence, 6400 block of North Beech Road, Hamlin Township. A vehicle left the road striking a chain-link fence.

– 12:43 p.m., (MCSO), larceny, 100 block of Jackpine Road, Branch Township. The complainant reports a camouflage RX200 Razor scooter was stolen from private property.

– 1:30 p.m., (Michigan State Police), two-vehicle crash involving injuries, US 10 near US 31, Amber Township.

– 9:20 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Scottville Road north of Major Road, Eden Township.

– 9:55 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Quarterline Road, south of Countyline Road, Grant Township.

– 10:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Quarterline Road north of Forest Trail, Grant Township.

Saturday, July 4, 2020:

– 7:58 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31, Pere Marquette Township.

– 11:23 a.m., (MCSO), two-vehicle crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive and Bryant Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 12:20 p.m., (MSP), one-vehicle crash, no injuries, Stiles Road near Decker Road, Victory Township.

– 1:51 p.m., (MCSO), hit-and-run crash, no injury, 1500 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Hamlin Township.

– 3:10 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, with injury, Pere Marquette Highway south of Hesslund Road, Pere Marquette Township. A 31-year-old Portage, Michigan man and his passenger — a 36-year-old Portage woman — received non-life-threatening injuries following a rollover crash.

– 4:35 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 freeway near Ramp 006C, Summit Township.

– 6:30 p.m., (MSP), a 54-year-old Grand Rapids man was arrested for domestic violence, 2000 block of North 15th Street, Sheridan Township.

– 11:10 p.m., (MSP), a 27-year-old Ludington man was arrested for operating while intoxicated, Sugar Grove Road near US 31, Victory Township.

– 11:21 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.

– 11:23 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stiles Road, Amber Township.

Sunday, July 5, 2020:

– 6:35 a.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, Hansen Road west of Benson Road, Branch Township.

– 1 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, US 31 near Oceana Drive, Summit Township.

– 2:07 p.m., (MCSO), warrant arrest, Scottville and Hawley roads, Riverton Township. A 41-year-old Manistee man was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant issued by the DNR following a traffic stop.
