Recent arraignments include felony drunk driving.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Blendin

-Douglas Wayne Blendin, 58, of 505 N. Washington Ave., Apt. 18, Ludington, was arrested June 26 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL). Probable cause hearing: July 8 at 2 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash.

Pricco

-Patrick Joseph Pricco, 51, of 1933 Lake Ave., North Muskegon, was arrested June 29 by the Mason County’s Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of third offense operating a vehicle while under the influence of liquor (OUIL) and a misdemeanor charge of having an open intoxicant inside a vehicle. Probable cause hearing: July 8 at 2:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Young

-Tyler Jacob Young, 25, of 403 E. Third St., Ludington, was arrested June 27 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on felony charges of assault/resisting/obstructing police and breaking and entering. Probable cause hearing: July 8 at 2:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Smith

-Brenda Marie Smith, 44, of 926 E. Tinkham Ave., Ludington, was arrested June 26 by LPD of three felony counts of assault/resisting/obstructing police. Probable cause hearing: July 8 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.
