PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — A 51-year-old North Muskegon man was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies in the 5000 block of West US 10 Monday, June 29, shortly before 1 p.m. for third-offense operating while intoxicated and transporting open intoxicants following a 911 call reporting a possible intoxicated driver, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

The following is other police activity in Mason County Monday, June 29, 2020:

– 7:50 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive and Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 9:29 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 25-year-old Fountain man was arrested for a parole violation, 400 block of Sixth Street, City of Ludington.

– 12:08 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Forest Trail west of Quarterline Road, Grant Township.

– 4:32 p.m., (LPD), a 61-year-old Ludington man was cited for impeding traffic following a two-vehicle non-injury crash, North Washington and East Ludington avenues, City of Ludington.

7:09 p.m., (LPD), a 35-year-old Walkerville man was arrested on a failure to appear warrant from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, East Ludington Avenue and South Jackson Road, City of Ludington.
