The following is police activity in Mason County Monday, June 15, 2020:

– 2 p.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, Masten Road near Lucek Road, Logan Township.

– 3:30 p.m,. (MSP), assault and battery that occurred June 12 was reported, Nurenberg Road near federal forest land, Grant Township.

– 6:29 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 42-year-old Ludington woman was arrested for a probation violation, 400 East Court Street, City of Ludington.

– 9:03 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), retail fraud, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. The complaint remains under investigation related to a subject reportedly “under ringing” merchandise.

– 9:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, Lakeshore Drive south of Golfwood Road, Hamlin Township.
