LUDINGTON — Waterfont Worship, which holds an annual performance at Waterfront Park along with a songwriters’ workshop, is now posting songs of comfort and inspiration on its Facebook and Instagram pages and its YouTube channel. The songs have been written by songwriters from places including Florida, California, Indiana, Michigan and even Northern Ireland.

Tracy Danz is a musician from Grand Rapids that has already contributed a song. “There have been a number of concerts and individual songs that have already been streamed by musicians in other genres, and I think it’s great that Waterfront Worship can be a place of comfort for people to come and hear classic hymns of faith as well as new songs written during the pandemic.,” Danz said.

Local musician/producer Edgar Struble also contributed a song and said, “Now that most can’t attend church, it’s a blessing to help God make some house calls. I hope that these short videos can provide some comfort, peace, and hope during these unsettling times.”
