SCOTTVILLE — A 22-year-old Ludington man has been arrested by Scottville Police Department following an incident that took place on Thursday, March 12, 2020. The man will be charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm or by strangulation; domestic violence; habitual offender, second offense. The man was arrested on Thursday, March 12 and lodged in the Mason County Jail. His name will be released pending arraignment.
