Scottville woman arrested following larceny. 

SCOTTVILLE — A 47-year-old Scottville woman was arrested on Thursday, March 12, and charged with retail fraud from Dollar General, in the 200 block of South Main Street. According to Scottville Police Chief Matt Murphy, officers were called to the store at 1:44 p.m. for a larceny in progress complaint.

“Once on the scene, Scottville Police Department conducted an investigation and was able to locate the suspect,” Murphy said. “She was arrested and lodged in the Mason County Jail.”
