The following is recent police activity in Mason County:

– 1:41 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), a 19-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving without a license following a traffic stop, US 10 and Wever Road, Branch Township.

– 2:20 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 33-year-old Ludington man was arrested on a Lake County warrant and a charge of driving while licenses suspended (DWLS), West Tinkham Avenue and Catherine Street, City of Ludington.

– 11:50 a.m., (LPD), a 59-year-old Ludington man was cited for driving on an expired license, 800 block of North Lakeshore Drive, City of Ludington.

– 3:31 p.m., (MCSO), a 24-year-old Fountain man was arrested on a two-count warrant issued by LPD on charges of assault by strangulation and domestic violence, 600 block of First Street, City of Scottville.

– 4:52 p.m., (MCSO), a 29-year-old Fountain man was arrested on charges of domestic violence and interfering with a telecommunication device following a 911 call reporting an assault, 7300 block of East Hansen Road, Branch Township.

– 8:40 p.m., (Michigan State Police), car/deer crash, US 10 near Stephens Road, Custer Township.
