Man goes to court hearing, gets arrested on other charges.

LUDINGTON — A 31-year-old Ludington man was arrested by Ludington police at the Mason County Courthouse Monday, March 9, shortly before 11:30 a.m. on a two-count felony warrant on charges of forgery and uttering and publishing.

He was at the courthouse for a hearing on another matter, according to the Ludington Police Department.

– 5:26 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, Main and Third streets, Village of Custer.

– 8:30 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 31 near Decker Road, Custer Township.
