DWLS arrests top weekend police activity.

The following is police activity in Mason County over the weekend:

Friday, Feb. 21, 2020:

– 12:25 p.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, US 10 at Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

– 1:43 p.m., (MCSO), a 32-year-old Muskegon man was cited for driving while license suspended (DWLS) following a traffic stop, US 10 near Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Highway.

– 3:24 p.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 37-year-old Ludington man was arrested on a bench warrant from 79th District Court and for DWLS, East Filer Street and South Washington Avenue, City of Ludington.

Saturday, Feb. 22, 2020:

– 4:10 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, Meisenheimer Road near Darr Road, Eden Township.

– 9:42 a.m., (MCSO), a 41-year-old Free Soil man was arrested for second-offense DWLS following a traffic stop, Stiles Road near Fountain Road, Victory Township. He was lodged in the Mason County Jail.

– 3:40 p.m., (LPD), a 40-year-old Custer woman was cited for driving with an expired license, 5900 block of West US 10, City of Ludington.

– 4:07 p.m,. (LPD), a 21-year-old Scottville man was cited for improper license plate, East Dowland and South James streets, City of Ludington.

– 7:55 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 44-year-old Scottville man was arrested on a warrant following a snowmobile fire, 4600 block of Morton Road near Hawley Road, Riverton Township. The fire was not suspicious, police said.

– 9:34 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 near Taylor Road, Branch Township.

Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020:

– 9:06 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injuries, US 10 near Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
