– 9:31 a.m., (MCSO), a 58-year-old Custer woman was arrested for retail fraud following an investigation by the MCSO and Walmart Loss Prevention, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township.

– 9:38 a.m., (MSP), a 41-year-old Custer man was cited for violating a restricted license, Stephens Road near Fountain Road, Sherman Township.

– 10:49 a.m., (MCSO), alarm activation, Branch Township.

– 4:25 p.m., (MSP), a 37-year-old Hart man was arrested on a fugitive warrant, Ludington rest area, Pere Marquette Township.

Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020:

– 2:44 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Stephens Road, Custer Township.

– 4:33 a.m., (MCSO), ​a 29-year-old Kalava man was arrested on an outstanding felony drug warrant out of Oceana County following a 911 call reporting a suspicious person at Meijer, 3900 block of West US 10, Amber Township.

– 7:30 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 west of Quarterline Road, Amber Township.
