79th District Court sentencings, posted Jan. 30, 2020.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Justin Michael Hamilton, 31, of 4705 E. Fisher Rd., Sherman Township, pleaded no contest Jan. 22 to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI) and domestic violence and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 67 days served and must attend victim’s impact panel. Conviction is reportable to Secretary of State (SOS). Charges of assault by strangulation and assault with a dangerous weapon were dismissed.

-Colden Frederick Dostal, 25, of 1963 N. Lakeshore Dr., Hamlin Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to OWI and was sentenced to 31 days in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for two years;  must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must attend AA two times per week for two years; must attend substance use disorder program; and $1,275 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Tyler Thomas Martin, 24, of 322 E. Dowland St., Apt. 2, Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to second offense OWI and was sentenced to 36 days in jail with credit for six days in jail; one year discretionary jail for two years; must attend victim’s impact panel; must attend AA two times per week for two years; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; vehicle used in the offense must be immobilized or forfeited; must attend recovery management serves; and $1,675 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Jeremy Dean Daily, 25, of 905 N. Gaylord Ave., Ludington, pleaded no contest Dec. 4 to aggravated domestic assault and attempted breaking and entering and was sentenced to 21 days in jail with credit for 21 days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; no contact with the victims; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must attend AA four times per week for one year; must attend AA two times per week for an additional year; must continue current counseling program; and $1,095 in fines/costs. A charge of attempted first degree home invasion was dismissed.

-Christine Anne Day, 27, of 6537 E. Glenn Ln., Sheridan Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to harboring misdemeanants and was sentenced to 93 days in jail with credit for 76 days served.

-Patrick Allen Wardle, 49, of 5002 Timerway Trl., Clarkston, pleaded guilty Jan. 15 to public intoxication and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; and $285 in fines/costs. A charge of OWI was dismissed.

Tammy Lavon Gage, 57, of PO Box 44, Custer, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana/controlled substances; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must attend substance use disorder program; and $385 in fines/costs. A charge of OWI was dismissed.

-Kenneth Thomas Parker, 50, of 9577 W. Five Mile Rd., Branch, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to operating a vehicle while impaired by liquor (OWIL) and was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/controlled substances; subject to random PBTs; must complete alcohol highway safety education; and $895 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Stephanie Lynn Sadler, 30, of 1559 N. Benson Rd., Branch Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 28 to OWIL and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; must attend victim’s impact panel; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; must attend substance use disorder program; and $945 in fines/costs/ Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Amy Kay Hendrickson, 32, of 102 S. Main St., Apt 5, Scottville, pleaded no contest Jan. 28 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana/controlled substance; must continue current counseling program; and $1,006.29 fines/costs/restitution. Charges of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer, attempted malicious destruction of police property, and disorderly drunk person were dismissed.

-Gabriella Jovita Pena, 24, of 665 N. Ferris St., White Cloud, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to using a controlled substance and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; no drugs/alcohol/marijuana; subject to random PBTs and drug tests; driver’s license suspended for 60 days and restricted for 305 days; and $795 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS. A charge of maintaining a drug house was dismissed.

-Ruby Jean Castro, 39, of 4725 Kinney Rd., Riverton Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $626.73 in fines/costs/restitution. May perform 60 hours of community service in lieu of paying fines/costs.

-Curt Douglas York, 49, of 202 Danaher St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to driving while license suspended (DWLS) and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; one year discretionary jail for one year; and $745 in fines/costs. Conviction is reportable to SOS.

-Michelle Louise Anderson, 57, of 1039 N. William St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year; and $795 in fines/costs.

-Mackenzie David Quillen, 27, of 723 E. Filer St., Ludington, pleaded guilty Jan. 21 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 90 days discretionary jail for one year and $285 in fines/costs.
