Nurse practitioner Bethany Hartrum joins Internal Medicine Clinic

LUDINGTON – Bethany Hartrum has joined Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital’s Internal Medicine clinic, located at 7 Atkinson Drive, Suite 111 in the Medical Office Building of the hospital. Hartrum is a certified nurse practitioner who has formerly worked in Ludington, Pentwater and more recently in Hart as an employed team member of Spectrum Health Ludington Hospital.

Hartrum joins doctors Mary O’Callaghan, Zane Knoer, Bryan Kovas and physician assistant Sonya Camilli at the Internal Medicine office. She is now accepting new patients.

“I’m very happy to be back in Ludington to continue my advanced nursing practice,” Hartrum said. “I enjoy working with adult patients of all ages, especially focusing on helping them manage chronic conditions and ensuring they’re getting both their physical and mental health needs met.”

Hartrum graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in nursing in 1991 from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and with honors with a master of science degree in nursing in 1996 from Michigan State University in East Lansing. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners.

“We love having Bethany in our Ludington office,” said Mary Zingery, practice manager. “She has extensive experience and truly cares about each patient, making sure they get comprehensive care and attention to all of their medical concerns.”

Appointments can be made by calling the Internal Medicine office at 231-843-3487.
