LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Bliss

-Paul Edward Bliss, 33, of 702 S. Dryden St., Hart, was arrested Aug. 18, 2018 by the Ludington Police Department (LPD) on a felony charge of second offense criminal sexual conduct. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $25,000 cash/surety.

Pena

-Isaiah Samuel Pena, 20, of 724 E. Filer St., Ludington, was arrested June 17, 2017 by LPD  on a felony charge of surveilling an unclothed person. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Jobbins-Ortiz

-Alex Christian Jobbins-Ortiz, 24, of 602 S. Madison St., Ludington, was arrested Jan. 9 by LPD on a felony charge of surveilling an unclothed person. Probable cause hearing: Jan. 22 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

–Kevin Vincent Curran, 59, of 201 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Dec. 29; LPD; domestic violence. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Derrick Lee Bevans-Sniff, 18, of 678 West St., Muskegon; Jan. 10; Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO); larceny less than $200. Pretrial: Jan. 13 at 10 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Sidney Joshua May, 25, of 504 ½ E. Dowland St., Ludington; Jan. 4; LPD; operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Christina Elizabeth Johnstone, 38, of 835 N. Intermediate Lake Rd., Central Lake; Jan. 3; MCSO; assault and battery. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Lorraine Mary Hill, 42, of 413 E. Dowland St., Ludington; Jan. 4; LPD; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Jan. 27 at 10:30 a.m. Bail: $250 cash.

-Erik Victor Wierzbowski, 48, of 507 E. Melendy St., Ludington; Dec. 20; MCSO; third degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Feb. 3 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $1,500 personal recognizance.
