79th District Court sentencings, posted Dec. 12, 2019.

LUDINGTON — The following were recently sentenced in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

-Daniel Lee Bothwell, 43, of 801 E. Loomis St., Ludington, pleaded no contest Nov. 27 to second offense domestic violence and was sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for 22 days served; one year discretionary jail for two years; must followed Michigan Department of Corrections probation requirements; and $125 in fines/costs.

-Christopher Aaron Myers, 22, of 1686 N. Pioneer Rd., Beulah, pleaded guilty Dec. 3 to third degree retail fraud and was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served; 93 days discretionary jail for one year and $695 in fines/costs.

-Tyler James Perry, 21, of 2112 Nelson St., Manistee, pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to disturbing the peace and was sentenced to pay $285 in fines/costs.

-Austin Adrian Ramirez, 19, of 6362 N. 192nd Ave., Walkerville, pleaded guilty Dec. 5 to improper license plates and was sentenced to pay $175 in fines/costs.
