Branch man arrested for OWI following crash.

BRANCH TOWNSHIP — A 35-year-old Branch man was arrested for operating while intoxicated following a single-vehicle crash Tuesday, Dec. 10, shortly before 7 a.m. at Barothy and Landon roads, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.

A passenger, who is a 39-year-old Branch woman, was arrested on two probation violations, Cole said. A minor injury occurred in the crash.

Monday, Dec. 9, 2019:

– 8 p.m., (Michigan State Police), a 53-year-old Scottville man was arrested on an outstanding warrant, Dewey and Stiles roads, Victory Township.

Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019:

– 12:50 a.m., (MSP), a 28-year-old Hart man was arrested on a warrant, Scottville and Washington roads, Eden Township.

– 7:24 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), two-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Jebavy Drive, Pere Marquette Township.

– 10:15 a.m., (Ludington Police Department), a 36-year-old Scottville woman was arrested for contempt of court, 300 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 10:26 a.m., (LPD), a 26-year-old Ludington man was arrested on bench warrants from 51st Circuit and 79th District courts, 200 block of East Ludington Avenue, City of Ludington.

– 12:07 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle rollover crash, minor injury, Sugar Grove Road west of Tuttle Road, Sherman Township.

– 2:17 p.m., (MCSO), a 29-year-old Ludington man was arrested on an outstanding parole absconder warrant issued in Lansing, 200 block of East State Street, City of Scottville.

– 4:51 p.m., (MCSO), one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 10 and Pere Marquette Highway, Pere Marquette Township.

– 5:54 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Jebavy Drive and Johnson Road, Pere Marquette Township.

– 8:02 p.m., (MSP), car/deer crash, Stiles and Scottville roads, Victory Township.

Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019:

– 12:05 a.m., (MSP), larcenies from vehicles, City of Scottville. The case is under investigation. No other information was immediately available.
