Resisting police charge tops recent arraignments. 

LUDINGTON — The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Schodowski

-Ricky Luther Schodowski, 34, of 842 N. US 31, Custer Township, was arrested Nov. 21 by Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing police and misdemeanor charges of driving while license expired and failure to display a valid driver’s license. Probable cause hearing: Dec. 4 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $7,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Jesse Marie Makowicki, 23, of 2111 N. Lincoln Rd., Hamlin Township; Nov. 19; MCSO; OWI and operating a vehicle with a high blood alcohol content. Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Thomas Owen Myer, 37, of 3847 W. Conrad Rd., Amber Township; Nov. 20; Ludington Police Department (LPD); operating a vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Pretrial: Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Erik Matthew Doffing, 28, of 7005 Tenth St., Hamlin Township; Nov. 19; MCSO; driving while license suspended. Pretrial: Dec. 9 at 1:15 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Jill Katherine Jebavy, 56, of 905 St. Paul St., Ludington; Oct. 18; LPD; second degree retail fraud. Pretrial: Dec. 2 at 9:30 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
