Crashes among police activity.

The following is activity of the Mason County Sheriff’s Office Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019:

  • 4:12 a.m., alarm activation, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 11:25 a.m., warrant arrest, US 10 and Amber Road, Amber Township. A 21-year-old Custer man was arrested on an outstanding Lake County Friend of the Court warrant following a traffic stop.
  • 3:08 p.m., two-vehicle crash, no injury, Pere Marquette Highway and Chauvez Road, Pere Marquette Township. A 19-year-old Free Soil man was cited for failure to yield and was arrested for driving without insurance.
  • 7:11 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Fountain Road west of Tuttle Road, Sherman Township.
  • 8:58 p.m., car/deer crash, no injury, Taylor and Johnson roads, Branch Township.
  • 9:17 p.m., one-vehicle crash, no injury, US 31 and Decker Road, Custer Township.
  • 10:28 p.m., a 59-year-old Scottville man was arrested for second-offense driving while license suspended (​DWLS) following a one-vehicle crash, Sugar Grove and Stephens roads, Sherman Township. No injuries occurred.
