The following is police activity in Mason County Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2019:

  • 4:33 a.m., (Mason County Sheriff’s Office), car/deer crash, no injury, Jebavy Drive south of Decker Road, Hamlin Township.
  • 6:09 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 and Independence Drive, Amber Township.
  • 6:31 a.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 31 north of Pere Marquette Highway overpass, Summit Township.
  • 10:34 a.m., (MCSO), larceny of a purse, Walmart, 4800 block of West US 10, Pere Marquette Township. A purse was reportedly taken from a shopping cart.
  • 2:43 p.m., (Michigan State Police), two-vehicle crash, no injuries, US 10 near Walmart, Pere Marquette Township.
  • 11:36 p.m., (MCSO), car/deer crash, no injury, US 10 east of Tuttle Road, Custer Township.
