LPD searching for missing man.
LUDINGTON — The Ludington Police Department is attempting to locate Joel Evan Carter to verify his safety. Officers have checked several known locations in an attempt to locate him. Carter is a known diabetic, does not have his medical supplies with him and was known to have a high blood sugar when last seen.
He drives a white 2006 Ford F-150 extended cab pickup truck with a long bed and a cab high cap. He is a Ludington resident but has family is in the Portland, Mich. area.
