Felony assault tops recent arraignments, posted Sept. 27, 2019.

The following were recently arraigned in Mason County’s 79th District Court:

Felonies

Bovee

-Bernard Joe Bovee, 46, of 6590 E. Beech St., Sheridan Township, was arrested Sept. 16 by the Mason County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) on felony charges of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, domestic violence and habitual offender supplemental warrant. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $10,000 cash/surety.

Jaquinde

-Nicole Christine Jaquinde, 47, of 712 Baltic Drive SW, Byron Center, was arrested Sept. 19 by MCSO on a felony charge of assault/resisting/obstructing a police officer. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

Brewster

-Nicholas Alexander Michael Brewster, 19, of 6589 E. Borowski Rd., Sheridan Township, was arrested Sept. 22 by MCSO on felony charges of possession of a controlled substance (analogues) and disorderly person drunk. Probable cause hearing: Oct. 2 at 1:30 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

Misdemeanors

-Robert James Lessard, 43, homeless; Aug. 28; Ludington Police Department (LPD); stalking. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $5,000/10 percent.

-James Allen Rose, 39, of 920 N. Harrison St., Ludington; Sept. 14; MCSO; second offense domestic violence. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Tina Marie Holey, 50, of 414 E. State St., Scottville; July 3; Scottville Police Department (SPD); larceny between $200 to $1,000. Pretrial: Oct. 7 at 9:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Stephanie Michelle Moses, 23, of 411 E. Dowland St., Ludington; Sept. 17; LPD; chemical agents prohibited use. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 10:15 a.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.

-Kaine Alexander Linstrom, 24, of 909 S. Washington Ave., Apt. 1, Ludington; Aug. 31; LPD; harboring misdemeanants. Pretrial: Oct. 14 at 9:45 a.m. Bail: $2,500/10 percent.

-Myra Mae Peterson, 38, of 5751 Barton Rd., Pere Marquette Township; July 11; MCSO; third degree retail fraud and improper license plates. Pretrial: Sept. 30 at 1:45 p.m. Bail: $2,500 personal recognizance.
