Jebavy Drive to close Oct. 7

PERE MARQUETTE TOWNSHIP — Jebavy Drive between US 10 and Johnson Road will be closed to through traffic beginning Monday, Oct. 7, 2019 to allow for the installation of water and sanitary sewer lines into the new commercial development on Jebavy Drive just North of U.S. 10. The road is expected to be closed for seven to 10 days. The detour route will be U.S. 10 to Nelson Rd, Nelson Rd. to Johnson Rd, Johnson Rd. to Jebavy Drive. 

While all homes and businesses will be accessible throughout the duration of the project, Jebavy Drive will be completely blocked off and impassable between the Mercy Health access road and the driveway of The Brad Chapman State Farm Insurance Office. The Mercy Health access drive on Jebavy Drive will be open for exiting traffic only and all Mercy Health patients and staff are asked to use the driveway off of U.S. 10 to enter the Mercy Campus.

All homes and businesses between The State Farm Insurance Office and Johnson Road will have to be accessed from the north (Johnson Rd). Anyone wanting to access the businesses in the plaza on the northeast intersection of US 10 and Jebavy Drive should plan on using that plaza‘s driveways off of U.S. 10.
