LUDINGTON – Nicole Jaquinde, 47, of Byron Center, Michigan was arrested by Mason County sheriff’s deputies on charges of operating with a high blood alcohol content (BAC) and resisting and opposing police after she came into the lobby of the sheriff’s office Thursday, Sept. 19, shortly before midnight to drop off medications for an inmate, said Mason County Sheriff Kim Cole.
